Things I've been loving
New month, new things I’ve been loving. Writing these posts always put me in a great mood, so I feel the need to continue with this. As I’m writing this, it’s a Friday, just a day shy from the new moon. With the start of my moon, it’s a beautiful day to reflect and turn inward. Here are the things I’ve been loving.

Last month I already wrote about a book I really loved from this woman, and now I discovered this gem: Moon Time - Harness the Ever-Changing Energy of your Menstrual Cycle. It takes you through the whole physical, mental and spiritual journey of the female cycle, in such a beautiful, easy-to-understand way. I’m really inspired to plan my month according to my schedule.
With my moon time coming up, I’m already slowing down and turning within. It feels so good, so natural.
Watch: An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power
We started watching this new Al Gore documentary this week and it’s just so damn good. I wish documentaries like there weren’t necessary, but I’m so grateful that Al Gore makes this massive problem so easy to understand for normal people. We have to act. All of us.

i’m loving the Magamama Podcast: a podcast created by Kimberly Ann Johnson, the author of The Fourth Trimester, a sexological bodyworker, somatic experiencing practitioner, and postpartum guru. It’s all about sex, postpartum health, relationships, motherhood, and SO much more. She’s so honest and real, and has the most amazing guests on the show. The episode I loved most is the one with dr. Claudia Welch (author of Balance Your Hormones, Balance Your Life). Go listen!
