Playtime before teaching. 💛 Always looking for ways to open the chest and shoulders, especially with the new moms. Carrying and feeding babies is tough for the upper body, and in my postnatal classes we always play with ways to find softness and freedom here. 🧘🏻‍♀️
We are not plastic-free yet. 😅 The best things happen when we are free to explore and discover. 💛

Before the rain melted everything. 💛 I was pushing and pushing and sweating and not looking. Suddenly he said “eendje!” (Duckie!). We paused and watched, the duck sat down and Sven couldn’t stop making duck sounds. It was the best. He teaches me all about life, all the time.
Those sacred little moments. 💛 I pull a card, he pulls it out of my hand, I chase him to get it back, he chases me, we read what the card says, I explain, he looks for the cards that have animals, we practice animal sounds, he throws the cards around, I forgot what card I pulled. 💛🤦🏻‍♀️ #motherhood
